Olomouc was the first place I played in Czechia and it was a very pleasant experience, the first impression was that there was not much sense of trying cause the town seemed almost empty but I decided to give it a try anyway and I’m glad I did. I settled on the main square by the Holy Trinity Column and began playing even though there was nobody around, but as soon as I started people started coming over, sitting next to me and on the ground around enjoying the music.

Van-life and busking in Poland

At the beginning of April, we bought a van and converted it into a living space, now it’s possible for us to move around and stay wherever we please without much more planning than pointing a finger at the map. Freedom of movement is a very important thing for us and it means I’m constantly on tour.

How it all started

On the 2nd of June 2017, Lisa and I boarded the plane from London to Málaga, Spain. This was the beginning of full-time travelling for me, even though I had no idea what it was going to be like I knew I had to do it.
